The process of having bespoke engagement ring made begins with an initial chat. We will talk through your ideas and will help you with designing your ring. Whether you have a clear idea in mind, or want a guidance on design and materials, we are happy to help.

Or if you are looking for a design idea, browse our collections and our inspiration gallery to see some of the design possibilities. If you see a piece you like, we can use it as a starting point for your design and amend it to your personal choice.

The whole bespoke process takes approx. 3-4 weeks.

There is no additional charge for our bespoke service. Please let us know your budget in mind and Zuzana will design within your requirements and recommend design options and gemstones.

After our chat about the design idea, we will provide you with a Cad design pictures or even a wax model of the piece if required.

You will be involved through this entire process and the design may be amended until you are happy and the final design is reached. If you are based outside of London, we can email sketches and photos to guide you through the whole process. 

 

We can source natural, or lab grown diamonds and coloured gemstones to suit your requirement and budget. All our gemstones are sourced from trusted suppliers, and we only use conflict free diamonds.

We will source a selection of gemstones within your budget so you will be able to hand pick the one you love. If you would like an unusual shape of stone, we can bespoke cut it for you to the shape or size of your desire.

Once the design is agreed, we will take a deposit ( usually 50% of the total price ) and the process of making can begin. Depending on the design, your bespoke piece will be handcrafted directly from precious metal bullion or hand carved in wax and cast in the precious metal of your choice. The final steps are to secure the stones in the settings and then the whole piece is highly polished, or matt/texture finished. All our jewellery is hallmarked at the London Assay Office.

When your custom-made piece is complete, we will contact you and you are welcome to collect it in our London studio to view the finished piece and pay your balance, or we can arrange delivery wherever in the world you are.

We recommend having your jewellery cleaned and gemstones checked annually and offer this service free to our clients. Taking care of jewellery will ensure it can be enjoyed for generations to come.
